Are you looking to rent a Brussels conference centre? We Are Open Coworking has the professional space you are looking for. Are you looking to set up your own conference? Are you looking for a place to establish your exhibition? Or are you looking for a big enough surface area to develop a project needing to host a significant number of people? WAO Coworking puts forward its Brussels conference centre, equipped and in a convenient location by foot (five minutes away from the Midi station) or by tram (Lemonnier, ...). The conference centre suggested by We Are Open Coworking Brussels is located Lambert Crickx Street.
The conference rooms are located on the second and third floor (accessible by lift) of our premises. Our largest conference room Brussels offers views of the inner courtyard. The smallest offers a view of the square.
WAO Coworking offers an imposing conference room, equipped, easily accessible by public transport and 5 minutes walk from the Midi station!
Two formulas are provided by WAO Coworking :
You may rent the conference centre for 100 euros per hour. The cleaning of the place afterwards is available for 50 euros extra cost.
You can also rent the conference centre for a half-day, at the price of 500 euros. This option includes the cleaning after your purpose, at no extra cost.
Our Brussels conference centre is fully equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connexion. A video projector is available, with his HDMI cable, as well as a professional screen. The conference area is full furnished and can be adapted to your needs. You may welcome up to 90 guests concurrently. Drinks may be available throughout your conference. You may even continue the exhibition at our bar, to carry with your guests once the event is done.
We remain open to your requests for any personalized offers and / or additional needs.
Besides its ecological and technological efforts, WAO Coworking is aiming to rethink the way coworking is used. Hosting your event at our side will allow you to find a young and dynamic ambiance. According to WAO's team, professional events are a key source of networking. Therefore, WAO is aiming to help you to develop your event and your visibility with the possible participation of our members. Moreover, WAO Coworking has a bar, where you may extend the impact of your project over a drink, with the other members from our working space!
