WAO - We Are Open Coworking Brussels is looking to host startups, the way they imagine their working hour. Therefore, next to our open space area, WAO provide its users’ private space, private office Brussels, for those looking for a bit more intimacy. If you are looking for an exclusive space, for you and/or your team, we have the perfect private office Brussels you have always foreseen.
The private offices provided by WAO are located on our two floors, dispatched on our two facades. The building is equipped with an elevator. Some have a view on the nearby square. The others will let you have a look at the inner courtyard.
Our prices differ according to the surface area. At We Are Open Coworking, we are involved in the price you would have to pay to have the workspace you are looking for! Therefore, all our prices are negotiable, in accordance with your budget. Three surface options are today available for our future members:

Our smallest offices (13m² to 16 m²) can host up to 4 people. The price for those offices are 650 and 750 euros per month
Medium sized offices (17m² and 18 m²) offices are available at the price of 800 euros and 850 euros per month.
Our largest private offices (20m² and 25 m²) are provided from 900 euros to 980 euros. They can host up to 8 people.
All our offices are accessible with a secured access (which you and your team will be granted). A secured cabinet is also available inside your private officeBrussels, in case you would like to lock some private folders. The furniture for the room is provided by our team, if needed. You may, of course, furnish your private office with your own tables and chairs! As a special reward, WAO team will grant your team with four hours of meeting room each month. A good way to gather your full team to analyse your goals !

If We Are Open Coworking is aiming to build a technological and ecological place, the satisfaction of our members is also one of our main objectives! By taking a private office at our side, you will be considered as part of our community. You will therefore have free access to our equipped kitchen, entertainment rooms (sleeping boxes, gaming room, VR room, and much more to come!). We stay open for any ideas/needs from you and your team to develop something you think is missing in our space. We Are Open to any relevant change!
