We Are Open Coworking is renting meeting room Brussels. If you are looking to have an exclusive access to a technological and green meeting room to host your colleagues ? Are you looking for a meeting room to accommodate a workshop or a professional training? Or are you even looking for a place to set up your recruitment sessions? We Are Open Coworking has the perfect place !
Our meeting rooms are located on the second and third floors (accessible by an elevator) of our coworking space. The biggest one provides a view on our open space, as well as on our lounge (called "la verrière"). The little one gives a sight on the inner courtyard. To lower our carbon impact, we adapted our meeting room Brussels with eco-friendly materials, as well as from the recycling of pulp furniture. Each WAO's furniture holds its own history, its own past. We intended to give it a second life, in each meeting room we provide.
WAO Coworking provides its users access to common space, open to all our members. You will therefore be able to use our fitted kitchen. Moreover, a lounge is open, an efficient way to urge your guests to wait. If you fit your schedule, you may even relax between two professional priorities in one of our entertainment rooms (sleeping box, gaming lounge, VR room, ...).
Each meeting space can be rent for a period of one hour, or more.
The first one, 13m² surface area, worth 20 euros per hour. It can host up to six people at the same time.
The second one is bigger, with 23 m² surface area. This one costs 40 euros per hour. It can host up to ten people around the main table. It is located between the open space and the lounge.
Our meeting spaces are equipped, at no extra cost, of multiple power outlets, internet connexion, a video projector and its dedicated screen. You will, of course, have access to the HDMI cable. You will find beverages in each room.
We remain open to your requests for any personalized offers and / or additional needs.
